After coaching hundreds of women 

through nutrition and fitness, there’s a repeated pattern I see over and over in intake forms and check-ins: shame secrets.

And once women started sharing their exact lived, unhinged real-life moments, I knew they needed to be shared anonymously so you could finally stop feeling like "What is wrong with me?”

 Because shame doesn't just hurt your feelings. It runs your decisions. Like: 

Taking a bite of food for “relief”… then spitting it out because swallowing feels like you crossed a line.
