Hi! My name is Michelle.

 

 I do not coach quick fixes. I coach women who want fat loss, muscle and self trust. With over a decade in fitness and nutrition, I have seen what actually works. The women who win long-term are not the most extreme. They are the most consistent with simple habits that fit their real 24 hours.
